Do you send orders abroad?

Yes. If the order should be sent to another country, choose your country in the checkout, or go to www.bhcase.eu

Can you get the cover that is not in your offer?

Yes. However, it is not always easy, and it does not always succeed – but we strive to get it :-). More info: eshop@bhcase.com

Are prices VAT included?

Our company is subject to VAT, and therefore we carry on our prices with VAT. at. It is included in every price on the website, even for postage and packing costs, no further charges needed.

How can I redeem a discount voucher?

In the cart into the field “Coupon Code” enter the discount voucher and confirm with the button “Redeem”.

How about that, if I order multiple products, and not all are in stock?

We will send complete order, with all the products that we find in the order. If you want to get some product earlier, write to us at eshop@bhcase.com or call us at: +421 904 417 535.

How do I know about the news on BHcase?

It is enough to find a field for the e-mail address in the footer links. Enter you email address into the field. News and updates about special offers will be sent to your email.

How can I withdraw from the contract and return the goods?

Goods can be returned to us at our address and we will return the money by bank transfer. You have 14 days to return order after the takeover. The form and more information can be found by clicking HERE.

What does it mean when the product is “reserved”?

It means that the ordered product is currently not in stock, and it will be in stock within 1-2 weeks. You could notice this information after you have clicked on product, and also in the cart.

How can I claim the goods?
